Ingredients

  • 2 cups oat milk
  • 1 tsp ground turmeric
  • 1/2 tsp ground ashwagandha
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/8 tsp ground nutmeg
  • pinch of black pepper
  • 1/2 tbsp maple syrup

Instructions

  1. Heat a small saucepan over medium heat
  2. Add all ingredients in order starting with the oat milk and ending with adding the maple syrup.
  3. Whisk until combined. Once the moon milk starts to bubble, reduce heat to low and simmer for around 10-15 minutes
  4. Froth milk with frothing wand (optional)
  5. Pour into a mug and enjoy!
