- 300 g closed cup white mushrooms
- 2–3 tbsp oil
- 1/2 – 1 tsp grated garlic
- 2 tsp parsley
- salt
- black pepper
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat, then add in your mushrooms and salt.
- Saute them until brown, around 10 minutes.
- Mix in your black pepper, parsley and grated garlic. Cook for another 1-2 minutes and enjoy!
