- 4 slices of bread
- 1-2 tbsp vegan butter
- 1 cup shredded vegan cheese
- Toast the bread on the lowest setting. Add 1/2 cup vegan cheese on one slice of bread, cover with another. Then, heat 1 tbsp vegan butter on a skillet and add the sandwich. Cover with a lid, and cook until bottom side is golden, flip and repeat.
- Allow to cool for 2 minutes, cut into cubes and enjoy!
