- 1/2 cup pitted dates (soaked in boiling water for 15 minutes and drained)
- 1/4 cup pecans
- 1/4 cup almond meal
- 1/4 tsp pink himalayan salt
- 1/4 tsp maca powder
Toppings
- Soak the pitted dates in boiling water for 15 minutes, then drain
- Add the dates and the rest of the ingridents into a blender
- Blend until the mixture starts to stick together
- Scoop out a teaspoons of the mixture and form into balls
- Roll the balls into desiccated coconut (opitional)
