Description

I make this nourishing green goddess smoothie at least once a week! I love making it before I head to work as a quick breakfast.


Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 3 cups spinach
  • 1 apple
  • 1/4 cucumber
  • 1/4 celery stalk
  • 1 tsp flaxmeal
  • 1 tsp spirilina powder (optional)
  • 1 tsp wheatgrass powder (optional)
  • 1 tsp maqui berry powder (optional)
  • 11/2 inch ginger
  • 1 banana
  • 810 cashews
  • juice from one lime
  • 34 cups water

Instructions

  1. Add everthing into a blender. (I used my Vitamix)
  2. Once blended, refridgerate for at least 1 hour. (Optional but highly recommend)
