Description
I make this nourishing green goddess smoothie at least once a week! I love making it before I head to work as a quick breakfast.
Ingredients

- 3 cups spinach
- 1 apple
- 1/4 cucumber
- 1/4 celery stalk
- 1 tsp flaxmeal
- 1 tsp spirilina powder (optional)
- 1 tsp wheatgrass powder (optional)
- 1 tsp maqui berry powder (optional)
- 1–1/2 inch ginger
- 1 banana
- 8–10 cashews
- juice from one lime
- 3–4 cups water
Instructions
- Add everthing into a blender. (I used my Vitamix)
- Once blended, refridgerate for at least 1 hour. (Optional but highly recommend)
- Prep Time: 2 minutes
- Cook Time: 3 minutes
