2 slices sourdough bread (or any bread slice of your choice )
2–3 broccoli florets
1–2 slices of vegan cheese (depends on the size of your bread)
1/4 tsp mixed herbs
salt
black pepper
chilli flakes
1/2 tsp nutritional yeast
1–2 tsp vegan butter or oil
Instructions
Place vegan cheese on slice of bread.
Add the finely chopped broccoli.
Top with black pepper, salt, chilli flakes, mixed herbs and nutritional yeast. Cover with the other slice of bread.
Heat a skillet with around 1/2-1 tsp vegan butter or oil. Place your sandwich in the middle, cook on low for 2-3 minutes or until toasted to your liking. Flip, add a little more oil or vegan butter to the skillet and cook until toasted.
