Making caramel can seem intimidating – but I promise you it's not! This caramel recipe is not only delicious but also kinda healthy! It's made with refined free sugar, coconut milk, vanilla extract and pink salt.

Ingredients

  • 400 ml canned coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup coconut sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp pink salt

Instructions

  1. Combine Mix coconut milk, coconut sugar, vanilla extract into a pan.
  2. Cook Bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer for 20-25 minutes. Stirring often.
  3. Combine Turn off the flame and mix in the pink salt.
