- 1 cup chopped coriander
- 1/2 cup chopped mint leaves
- 1-2 green chillies
- 1/2 tbsp grated ginger
- 3/4 tsp salt (or to taste)
- 2 1/4 tsp sugar
- 5 tsp lemon juice
- 1/4 cup water
- Add everything into a food processor and blend until relatively smooth.
- Taste and adjust the salt, lemon juice, sugar and chillies. Add more if needed, and blend again.
