What you’ll need to make these sautéed Garlic Mushrooms:

- garlic
- oil
- parsley
- black pepper
- salt
How to prepare Mushrooms:
- Use a damp tissue to wipe down your mushrooms.
- Rinse with a little water.
- Don’t over wash/ soak your mushrooms as this will prevent them from browning/turning golden.
How to make Easy 15-Minute Garlic Mushrooms:
- Heat oil in your pan.
- Add in your mushrooms, with the salt. Sauté for around 10 minutes or until browned.
- Mix in your black pepper, parsley and garlic.
- Cook for another 1-2 minutes.
- Enjoy alongside Tofu Bhurji or Moonglet!

Instructions
