I’m Parita, and I’ve been vegan for over 8 years. I’m Indian, and my love for cooking was shaped in the kitchen by my nana (grandfather), whose deep-rooted passion for recipes taught me that food is about care, generosity, and bringing people together. Growing up around home-cooked meals and shared family recipes showed me that food has the power to connect people, tell stories, and create comfort. Today, I carry that inspiration into my own cooking, blending traditional flavours with a modern, plant-based twist.
