Chocolate Tahini Smoothie – an indulgent breakfast, which is also healthy + involves chocolate? YES PLEASE! Make this delicious chocolate protein shake with vegan protein powder! This smoothie has recently become my go-to breakfast on days I’m craving something sweet!

I know I mentioned that this has been my go-to breakfast on days I’m craving something sweet BUT I’m 100% going to make this as my post-workout smoothie once the gyms are open again!

- ripe banana (or overripe)
- tahini
- maca powder
- cacao powder
- vegan chocolate protein of your choice
- hemp seeds (optional)
- water
Vegan protein powders:
I’ve tried two brands and I love them both equally! In this recipe, I used the Huel Chocolate Protein (the gluten-free version). However, I’m also a BIG fan of the Vivolife one!
How to make this healthy chocolate smoothie:
- Add water, banana, cacao powder, maca powder, vegan chocolate protein, tahini, and hemp seeds into a blender.
- Blend, then enjoy!
