This Peanut Butter Blueberry Banana Smoothie is truly a dreamy combination! Perfect for a quick + healthy, vegan protein-packed breakfast!
What you’ll need to make this delicious Peanut Butter Blueberry Banana Smoothie:
Peanut Butter – Natural peanut butter is what I like to use because it’s healthy and creamy! My favourite brand is Pip and Nut.
Blueberries – Although you can use fresh blueberries, I prefer to use frozen ones! Frozen blueberries will guarantee a thick, creamy smoothie.
Banana – You can use fresh or frozen here too! The riper the banana the sweeter your smoothie will be.
Non-dairy milk – I used soy milk but you can use any non-dairy milk of your choice. I sometimes even use water!
Vegan vanilla protein – it’s optional, but if you have any vegan vanilla protein at home, I highly recommend adding it to this smoothie!
How to make the Peanut Butter Blueberry Banana Smoothie:
- Add frozen blueberries, frozen banana, non-dairy milk, peanut butter and vegan vanilla protein into a high-speed blender and blend until smooth.
- Pour into a glass, top with sliced bananas, blueberries and a drizzle peanut butter.
Tips on making the perfect Smoothie:
- Smoothie isn’t thick as you’d like? Add in some ice and blend. And if you’ve got the opposite problem just add in a splash of non-dairy milk!
- Frozen blueberries and frozen bananas create a creamier smoothie.
Optional add-ins
