Ayurvedic Moon Milk – a warm, soothing, creamy moon milk made with turmeric & ashwagandha. I love drinking this to calm my body and mind before I go to bed. Nothing beats sipping this creamy drink while reading a book, or even while catching up with my latest shows.

- 2 cups oat milk
- 1 tsp ground turmeric
- 1/2 tsp ground ashwagandha
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp ground ginger
- 1/8 tsp ground nutmeg
- pinch of black pepper
- 1/2 tbsp maple syrup
Instructions
- Heat a small saucepan over medium heat
- Add all ingredients in order starting with the oat milk and ending with adding the maple syrup.
- Whisk until combined. Once the moon milk starts to bubble, reduce heat to low and simmer for around 10-15 minutes
- Froth milk with frothing wand (optional)
- Pour into a mug and enjoy!
