Simplify your mornings with this Goddess Green Smoothie! This nourishing smoothie can be a quick, on the go breakfast or even a midday snack to boost your energy.
As someone who’s suffered from acne for most of my life, I understand the importance of eating healthy, mainly whole foods. When I feel snack-ish I make this smoothie, and it satisfies my cravings.
I love adding superfoods into my smoothies, and in this recipe, I’ve added spirulina powder, wheatgrass powder, and maqui berry powder! All these powders are optional, and you can even experiment with other superfood powders you may have at home!
Using a high speed blender is one of the best ways to ensure everything will be blended up well. Another thing you can do is blend up the spinach with the water before adding in the all other ingrediants!
Below is another one of my go to smoothie recipe’s that I love. For this one you don’t need any superfood powders! Just spinach, kale, apple, cucumber, celery, ginger. and lemon juice!
