How to make Homemade Cake Flour:

  1. Measure your plain flour on a scale or in cups.
  2. Next, remove 16g or 2 tbsp of flour.
  3. Add in 16g or 2 tbsp of cornflour with you plain flour.
  4. Sieve 3-4 times to achieve fine cake flour.

 For the best results, make one batch of this cake flour at a time.
