- lemon juice
- brown sugar
- pink Himalayan salt

How to Store Green Chutney
This tangy chutney will keep in the fridge for up to 1 week when stored in an air-tight container. Or it can be frozen to use later on.
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup peanuts
- 2 cups chopped coriander
- 2 green chillies
- Juice from a lemon
- 1/2 tbsp pink himalayan salt
- 1 1/2 tsp brown sugar
- 4 tbsp water
Instructions
- Heat peanuts in the microwave for 1-2 minutes.
- Squeeze juice out of a lemon.
- Add peanuts, chopped coriander, green chillies, pink himalayan salt, brown sugar and lemon juice + pulp into a blender.
- Add water in small amounts until you get your desired consistency. (I used 4 tbsps)
