Ingredients

  • 3 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup almonds (halved)
  • 1/2 cup walnuts (quartered)
  • 1/2 cup pecans (halved)
  • 1/2 cup desiccated coconut
  • 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
  • 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
  • 40 g dark chocolate (chopped)
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup

Instructions

  1. Mix all the ingredients
  2. Pour granola mixture into a baking tray lined with parchment paper and spread evenly.
  3. Bake for 45mins 150°C /130°C fan. Stir every 10 mins.
