Do I have to use all that sugar? I know it may seem like a lot, but it’s not! I initially only used 1/2 tsp but when I asked my Grandma to have a try, she told me to add a little more sugar, so I did! She then tried it again and told me it was perfect, so yes you do.

What if I can’t handle spice? Always use the number of chillies you think you’d be able to handle!
