Description

Easy tangy green chutney – perfect condiment to use as a dip or spread!


Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1/4 cup peanuts
  • 2 cups chopped coriander
  • 2 green chillies
  • Juice from a lemon
  • 1/2 tbsp pink himalayan salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp brown sugar
  • 4 tbsp water

Instructions

  1. Heat peanuts in the microwave for 1-2 minutes.
  2. Squeeze juice out of a lemon.
  3. Add peanuts, chopped coriander, green chillies, pink himalayan salt, brown sugar and lemon juice + pulp into a blender.
  4. Add water in small amounts until you get your desired consistency. (I used 4 tbsps)
