  • mushrooms
  • garlic
  • oil
  • parsley
  • black pepper
  • salt

How to prepare Mushrooms:

  1. Use a damp tissue to wipe down your mushrooms.
  2. Rinse with a little water.
  3. Don’t over wash/ soak your mushrooms as this will prevent them from browning/turning golden.

How to make Easy 15-Minute Garlic Mushrooms:

  1. Heat oil in your pan.
  2. Add in your mushrooms, with the salt. Sauté for around 10 minutes or until browned.
  3. Mix in your black pepper, parsley and garlic.
  4. Cook for another 1-2 minutes.

  • 300 g closed cup white mushrooms
  • 23 tbsp oil
  • 1/21 tsp grated garlic
  • 2 tsp parsley
  • salt
  • black pepper

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat, then add in your mushrooms and salt.
  2. Saute them until brown, around 10 minutes.
  3. Mix in your black pepper, parsley and grated garlic. Cook for another 1-2 minutes and enjoy!
